Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Is a deposit required? A: A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking to be paid via credit card.
Q: Is the deposit refundable if the party is cancelled?
A: The deposit will be refunded if a party is cancelled within seven days of your reservation otherwise we will want to reschedule.
Q: Is there time to decorate before the party?
A: Parties are booked with a thirty minute window between events so that there is sufficient time to reset the room. You can come during this time but keep in mind the previous party may be exiting and cleaning will be in progress. Table confetti is not permitted!
Q: What if other adults want to attend the party? Are they charged the same as the kids?
A: You only pay for the kids you want as part of the $6.95 package. Remember the minimum charge is for eight. You can order additional food off the regular menu for your guests.
Q: Do small children pay?
A: Children under 5 do not have to be counted as part of the package. Extra food can be ordered off the menu.
Q: Do you provide the plates, napkins, and cups, etc?
A: We provide all the paper products for our food. You may want to bring your own serving pieces if you are providing snacks or your own cake.
Q: Can we bring in our own cake, snacks or party favors?
A: Yes, these items are allowed. We ask that you do not bring your own beverages or soft drinks.
Q: Do you have a place where we can hang a piņata?
A: We have a rope in place for a piņata but you must provide the stick and you are responsible for their supervision.
Q: Can we have team sports parties?
A: The party room is ideal for a team party for baseball, basketball or soccer teams. Coaches are encouraged to put the kids on the $6.95 package and invite the parents to attend. There will be no separate checks issued in the party room. Everything will be on one tab. We ask that no cleats be worn if you are having a party after a game.
Q: How many video games are there?
A: There are fifteen games.
Q: Is there a TV or CD player?
A: Yes we have a stereo, cd player and a TV but we do not have cable tv.
Q: What is your room capacity?
A: The room will seat 40 people. There are four 60 inch round tables with eight chairs each and two four person booths. We can squeeze in a few more chairs but it begins to get tight.
Q: If we are having a buffet package, can we bring alcohol?
A: We do not have a liquor license so you can BYOB!
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We take cash or credit card. We do not accept checks. A 20% tax and gratuity will be added to all parties. 6.25% is state sales tax and 13.75% is the tip. If you feel that the experience was good you can tip more!
